LELA Terakoya Gallery will host the Japanese American Society of Southern California's Sakura Manga Poster Contest Winners from February 12 through February 26.

Opening reception will be held on Sunday, February 12 from 3 to 6 pm. Gallery hours are from 1 pm until 7 pm. Closed Monday and Tuesday.

January 14th thru February 5th  

LELA (Lantern from the East, Los Angeles) Terakoya Gallery begins 2012 with "EXHIBIT ONE, 8 International Artists" exhibition featuring International Artist Hideo Sakata and seven other international artists from January 14th thru February 5th.

Sakata's art has been exhibited in museums and galleries in India, Armenia, Thailand, Korea, Manila, Japan, Mexico, and the United States. Joining Sakata are artists Razmik Samvert Hadjikian, Nancy Uyemura, Lee Jordan (Sculptor), Barbara Debcknic, Diane Destiny, and Grant Avakian.

Opening reception is scheduled for January 14th from 3:30 p.m. until 6:30 p.m. at LELA Terakoya Gallery located at 333 Alameda Street, on the second floor.
